CLASS INFORMATION:

Ages: 5-13 

Days: Tuesday and Thursdays

Time: 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM

Location: Sedona Charter School (165 Kachina Dr, Sedona, AZ 86336) in the grass, patio, or the Performing Arts Center depending on weather and availability. 

Attire: Please wear comfortable workout or athletic-type clothing and shoes suitable for physical activities. No body jewelry, or hats can be worn during class for safety.

Water: Bring extra water to stay hydrated during class.

Snack: Pack a small snack to refuel before and after class to keep energy levels up

K.E.E.P. focuses on empowering children through high-quality after-school programs that emphasize:
