 Join us at the Sedona Library on September 14th at 10:30 AM for a FREE 45-minute introductory class to the Kids Empowerment Enrichment Program (K.E.E.P.). Get moving in a safe, holistic environment with dynamic movements to loosen up, fun team building games, and basic self-defense skills to feel empowered. Open to Sedona and Verde Valley families with kids ages 6 and up; parent participation is suggested.
