Kids Empowerment Enrichment Program

The Sedona Kids Empowerment Enrichment Program Class (ages 5–10) at Sedona Charter School. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00–5:45 PM in the grass, patio, or Performing Arts Center depending on weather. Children should wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes (no jewelry or hats for safety), bring extra water, and pack a small snack to stay energized. Each session provides a safe, fun, and holistic environment with dynamic movement, team-building games, and self-defense skills that help kids feel confident and empowered.

This program is part of the Kids Empowerment Enrichment Program (K.E.E.P.), which blends martial arts, mindfulness, anti-bullying education, and nature connection to support children’s physical, emotional, and social growth. Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, mindfulness practices, and outdoor exploration, kids build strength, focus, resilience, and empathy while developing healthy habits and confidence. More than a class, K.E.E.P. is a community dedicated to nurturing every child’s unique potential.
